Delivery & Returns

Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. If a piece is temporarily out of stock, processing may take approximately 3–5 working days.

Tracked UK delivery

Typical UK delivery is 5–8 days after dispatch. Tracking is provided. Orders are fulfilled from China and delivered in the UK using Royal Mail.

Customer parcels are sent without supplier invoices and without supplier branding.

14-day eligible returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact ÉVARIS within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging, subject to the full return conditions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Contact ÉVARIS directly with your order number and clear photographs if your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product or size. Please report visible problems within 7 days where possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

One-month manufacturing aftercare

Eligible non-accidental manufacturing damage reported within one month may qualify for one replacement after assessment. Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage or other customer-caused damage is not covered by that manufacturer replacement arrangement.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We aim to describe products accurately. Photography, lighting and screen settings can affect how colours and details appear.

Submitting an order does not prevent us from contacting you about payment, availability, address problems or other issues needed to fulfil it.

Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to the order unless an obvious error must be corrected. Payment is handled using the payment methods offered at checkout.
