Refund Policy

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item or size, contact ÉVARIS within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Where eligible, we will arrange a replacement under the 7-Day Arrival Guarantee.
