For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact ÉVARIS within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging.

7-Day Arrival Guarantee: if your ring arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item or size, contact ÉVARIS within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Where eligible, we will arrange a replacement.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
