Normal order processing is 1–2 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, processing may take 3–5 working days.

Typical UK delivery after dispatch is 5–8 days. Tracking is provided. Orders are fulfilled from China and the UK last-mile carrier is normally Royal Mail.
