These terms set out the general basis on which customers use the ÉVARIS website and place orders.

Products

We aim to describe products accurately. Photography, lighting and screen settings can affect how colours and details appear.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not prevent us from contacting you about payment, availability, address problems or other issues needed to fulfil it. Payment is handled using the methods offered at checkout.

Delivery and returns

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control. Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 days of receipt, subject to the return conditions shown on the Returns page.

Website use

ÉVARIS branding, site content and original creative material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where law permits.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts statutory consumer rights.
